Peeties

Peeties are a cross between Polish and Turkens. After spending a couple of years on Showgirls I decided to cross my polish with the turken. I looked online and could not find anything about crossing the two. So I decided to try and see what would happen.

During collection of the eggs from the first generation, I was marking the eggs PT. Well, when I would make note of them I began calling them my Peetie eggs. Well the name stuck so I named them Peeties.

For the first generation, I crossed Big Momma (buff turken pictured in my Odds and Ends page) with a white crested black roo. All of the offspring came out black, with small crests, 50% had Naked necks.

The second generation, had much better crests and you can begin to see the white coming in their crests.
